This process is referred to as the “Dispatcher-Carrier Set Up”. The information that you receive from the completed “Dispatcher-Carrier SetUp” will be the information that you use to directly input on “Broker Carrier Agreements” you fill out on behalf of the Carrier/Owner Operator when booking loads. You will send an email of blank copies of the following documents:
- Dispatcher Carrier Agreement
- Carrier Profile
- W-9
- Credit Card Authorization Form
